Josh Slomnicki

Candidate for Junior Class Vice President

As the year comes to an end and we are all wondering how we are going to do on our finals, we must first think about what happened during the year and was it a positive one. Elections are just around the corner and it's time to choose. It's time to choose a person who will understand the needs of the students and put some excitement into our every day lives.

My name is Josh Slomnicki. People refer to me as "Slom." I live in Staten Island and I attended Yeshivat Reishit Yerushalayim for 2 years. I am currently an upper sophomore and finance major. I am running for junior class vice president, and if I am elected, I will take upon myself many responsibilities to make next year the best one ever. Trust me, I know about responsibilities - I have 5 brothers.

Many ideas have crossed my mind in figuring out ways to make the junior class a major success. Whether it is sporting events, tournaments, guest speakers, shabbatonim, one on one with deans, etc., you name it and I will do my best to get what you want and when you want it. If you are a junior, then you have one thing to do: vote for me. "SLOM" FOR JUNIOR CLASS VICE PRESIDENT.
